Did you know that there is a website called Freerice.com?

Freerice is a website that is very helpful to people who have no food.

If you register on the website so you can keep track of how much you’ve given and do other things, you’ll need have a parents’ permission, but you can take the quiz and donate rice without giving any information if you’d rather.

When you get a question right the association will donate ten grains of rice to the hungry.

1 right = 10 grains

5 right = 50 grains

Play and feed hungry people for free. Free rice is founded by the United Nations World Food Programme headquarters in Rome, Italy.

Free rice has two goals: They try to educate users that play, and they try to be a hero and give free food to people that need it most.

“Somewhere in the world, a person is eating rice that you helped provide.” is a quote from the website.

On the website it also says, “This is made possible by the generosity of the sponsors who advertise on this site. Whether you are CEO of a large corporation or a street child in a poor country, improving your education can improve your life. It is a great investment in yourself. Perhaps even greater is the investment your donated rice makes in hungry human beings, enabling them to function and be productive. ”

So now go have fun and donate some rice!
