“ The Nut Job 2” directed by Cal Brunker is an adventure/comedy movie. In the movie, Surely the squirrel and his friends find an old peanut shop and start living there; but, when someone forgets to turn off the heater… a catastrophe happens!
Surely and his friends have to learn how to live back in nature. They get a little help from another squirrel named Andie, who has always been living in the park with her children from the start. When the Mayor closes the park down to build an amusement park, Surely, Andy, and their friends meet a whole team of vicious mice who have lived on the other (empty) side of the park. So they agree to work together to save their home.
There are many important characters whose actions you might want to keep track of such as: Surely (squirrel), Andie (squirrel), Precious (dog), Mayor Maldoon, Mr. Feng (mouse), and other characters too.
Will they be able to save their park or will they have to travel miles away to find a different place to live? The only way to find out is to watch the movie yourself.
This movie cost about 42.8 million dollars to make and I would recommend it for ages 8+ because some younger kids might not understand some words and events. It’s not in theaters anymore, but you can stream it on-line.
42.8 MILLION DOLLARS!!! That’s a lot!! This review was very interesting to read. You gave me little details that didn’t tell me the ending. I just bought the movie so now I’m so excited to watch it! Thanks Sara this is amazing!
